Quick FAQs
Do you securely destroy data?
Yes we do. We shred, then smelt data-containing devices such as hard drives. If items such as laptops can be reused, the data is are erased using Active2KillDisk or reset.
Do you take monitors?
Yes we do when they are with at least five items from our main list (laptops, desktops, servers, switches) and the amount of monitors is in line with the volume of those items to balance the costs of transporting monitors.
Is there a minimum requirement for collection?
Yes. For a workplace collection we require a minimum of five of the following items: desktops; laptops; servers; switches; mobiles; cameras. This enables us to cover costs of transport.
Why don't you take wrapping, cardboard or soft plastics?
if we took these materials from each customer, within a few days we would literally have no room for electronics. We would have to become a completely different company.
