We destroy all data on all devices. If you remove your phone or tablet from any bios locks or your cloud account, then reset it, it can be reused safely. Otherwise it can be used for parts.

Box all small, loose items in cardboard. Larger items such as desktops do not require boxing. No plastic or other types of bags either please. 

Remove all plastic bags and styrofoam. Due to the volumes we receive, it's a considerable time and expense for us to transport these to a recycler.

Electronics are heavy, we can not take them safely up or down flights of stairs. Lift or level access ensures our safety and yours. 

There are items we can't take, as we don't have the facilities to safely process them. Please check our list to make sure we can recycle your items.

We need either a loading dock or parking spot reserved for our vans. If we don't have a place to legally park, items will need to be brought to us.
